The UHV-316Z Intelligent Inter-Turn Impulse Withstand Voltage Tester is a professional instrument designed for testing the insulation performance of coil-based products such as electric motors. 3. Multiple Parameter Storage Groups: Touch‑key operation on the touch screen allows presetting of test parameters and judgment parameters. Up to 72 test parameter setting groups (including pre‑input standard waveforms) can be configured and stored, meeting the product specification requirements of most manufacturers with quantitative judgment results.
4. Automated Timed Measurement: Automatically completes measurements at preset intervals through associated control of the measuring circuit, and displays real‑time parameters such as current test voltage and test time to improve work efficiency.
5. Real‑Time Waveform Display: Collects the waveform of the current test phase in real time during testing, and displays waveforms of all measured phases simultaneously on the color LCD touch screen (distinguished by different colors), allowing direct observation of differences (non‑coincidence) among phase waveforms.
6. Automated Analysis & Storage: Immediately after testing, calculates and analyzes waveforms of all test phases, displays various errors and judgment results between phases on the color LCD touch screen, and automatically saves detailed test records (up to 1,000 groups).
7. Test Record Review: Detailed test contents (including waveforms, corresponding errors, and other test parameters) can be reviewed from automatically saved records for further observation and analysis.
8. Adjustable Waveform Scale: Waveform display scale can be easily adjusted via touch keys on the color LCD touch screen for different test objects, facilitating operation by test personnel.
9. Single‑Circuit Instrument Support (10 kV and above): For single‑circuit (one set of measuring terminals) instruments, standard test waveforms of formed coil windings can be pre‑input and stored for individual formed coil winding tests. During testing, waveforms of the same type of test objects are compared with the standard waveform for calculation and judgment, with simple operation.
10. Real‑Time Grounding Protection Detection: Prohibits or terminates testing if grounding is unreliable, ensuring operator safety.
11. Cost‑Effective & Site‑Friendly: The main functions of this instrument can replace the upper computer system composed of a desktop computer (mouse and keyboard) and monitor. It is simpler to operate, more suitable for production site use, and more cost‑effective.
