Product Introduction
The UHV-316X Series Motor Type Test System is suitable for single-phase and three-phase asynchronous motors, three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motors, DC motors, and other types of motors. Customized designs are available to meet the specific requirements of different users and products.
The test software for this system is independently developed by our company and possesses complete intellectual property rights. It features a clean and elegant interface, simple and convenient operation, and excellent adaptability. The software can automatically generate test reports and corresponding test curves.
All performance indicators of the test system comply with relevant international and national standards, including IEC 60034-2-1, GB 755, GB/T 1032, GB/T 1029, GB/T 1311, IEEE 112, and CSA 390.
Main Test Items
Ambient and Winding Temperature Test: Using thermocouples, thermistors, or other suitable sensors.
DC Resistance Test: Values converted in accordance with relevant standards.
Locked‑Rotor Test: Measuring locked‑rotor torque and locked‑rotor current curves.
No‑Load Characteristic Curve Test: Automatic analysis of iron loss and mechanical loss.
Temperature Rise Test: Automatic plotting of temperature curves; both actual load and equivalent load methods are available.
Load Test: Measuring efficiency and power factor curves; both actual load and equivalent load methods are available.
Stray Loss Test: Different methods are available for determining stray loss in motors.
T‑n Curve Plotting: Including measurement of maximum torque and minimum torque.
