    Product Introduction:

    The UHV-316L Automatic Hub Motor Test Bench is specifically designed for final electrical testing of permanent magnet hub motors (without tires, with valve holes). It automatically evaluates whether motors comply with the specified control standards for each test item and generates comprehensive test reports.


    Product Characteristics:

    1. Comprehensive Automatic Testing: Automatically tests DC resistance, insulation resistance, no-load test, load test, and other key parameters of permanent magnet hub motors.

    2. Automatic Quality Judgment: Automatically determines whether test data conforms to quality control limits based on predefined parameter settings.

    3. Manual Data Input: Supports manual entry of test data when needed.

    4. Automatic Report Generation: Automatically generates test forms and reports for easy documentation.

    5. Single-Station Design: Tests one motor at a time; maximum DC test current ≤ 300 A.

    6. Comprehensive Safety Features: Equipped with safety interlock protection, audible and visual alarm, and emergency stop functions.

    7. Built-In Code Scanning: Automatically retrieves product parameters from the database via built-in code scanning function.

    8. MES Function Support: Test data can be stored to a designated location for direct access by the MES system.

    9. AC Motor Loading: Uses an AC motor as the loading device, with linearly adjustable loading torque.

    11. Flexible Motor Mounting: Features an easy-to-dismantle motor mounting mechanism, suitable for testing various motor models. The valve hole of the motor under test is connected to the dynamometer via a hook.

    Test Items

    The operator mounts the motor on the bracket, connects the power and Hall wires, confirms correct wiring, and presses the start button to perform the following tests:

    1. Visual Inspection: Manual visual check for complete and correct assembly, ensuring no dirt, collision, or scratches before mounting.

    2. No-Load Test: Measures voltage, current, speed, rotation direction, and power under no-load operation. Manual noise inspection is also available.

    3. Load Performance Test: Includes torque-speed curve, power-speed curve, efficiency MAP, temperature rise test under different duty cycles, and overload test (long duration; test items can be selected via checkbox).
