Using an excitation transformer to excite a series resonant circuit, by adjusting the output frequency of the variable frequency controller, the inductance L and capacitance C of the circuit produce series resonance. The variable frequency controller provides power for the entire equipment and converts 380V or 220V sine AC power with fixed amplitude and frequency into AC power with adjustable amplitude and frequency. Raise the output voltage of the variable frequency power supply to an appropriate voltage through an excitation transformer. High voltage reactor L resonates in series with sample C, and the resonant voltage is the voltage applied to sample C, which is the test voltage. It can achieve high voltage testing of capacitor sample C by adjusting the output voltage of the variable frequency power supply.
We conducted a voltage withstand test on the cable on site, and insulation testing is required before and after the test. The national standard requires that the insulation resistance value should not be lower than 70% of the product's factory test value or not lower than 100000M Ω (20 ℃). We particularly emphasize the safety issues during the test, especially in high-voltage testing, where safety is always the primary consideration. Special reminder: When the test site is relatively open, it is necessary to ensure that no one approaches the boosting equipment.
