SGB-C Digital Voltage Divider
Product Introduction
This product is an ideal device for high-voltage measurement, widely used in power systems and electronic equipment factories to test both AC and DC high voltage. It consists of a high-voltage divider and a low-voltage display meter, connected via a dedicated matching cable.

Product Characteristics
1. High Precision
Utilizes precision high-voltage thin-film capacitors and glass-glaze resistors for high input impedance and low test current, reducing power consumption while enhancing instrument accuracy and stability. The design incorporates TBPU and high-performance operational amplifiers for signal amplification, along with double-integral AD sampling technology. A 4½-digit LCD display achieves a maximum resolution of 0.001kV, positioning it as a next-generation high-voltage electrostatic voltmeter.
2. Excellent Anti-Interference Performance
Features specialized shielding technology with a uniformly pressed aluminum alloy spherical surface for improved electric field distribution and prevention of tip discharge. This design enhances measurement data stability. The low-voltage indicator is enclosed in a fully shielded metal structure, and a high-quality coaxial cable connects the high-voltage divider to the display, minimizing high-voltage interference and ensuring high stability and linearity.
3. Safe and Reliable
The AC/DC voltage divider consists of a high-voltage divider and a low-voltage display unit. The high-voltage divider is filled and potted with DuPont® material using a specialized process, resulting in a compact and lightweight structure with minimal internal discharge. Its oil-free design eliminates leakage risks. The coaxial connection between the high-voltage divider and low-voltage instrument ensures operational safety by maintaining separation between high and low-voltage sections.
4. User-Friendly Operation
Equipped with toggle switches for easy selection of high/low voltage and AC/DC modes, providing efficient and intuitive control. Measurement results are displayed directly on a clear 4½-digit LCD screen, offering simplicity and convenience for on-site inspections.
5. Portable Design
Constructed with a lightweight aluminum alloy case in a modular, detachable structure. Its compact size and low weight ensure excellent portability and ease of use in various field applications.
Change battery
Open the LV display meter, if you find vague LCD display or no response, indicating that the instrument internal battery voltage is low, it needs tobereplaced. Specific steps are as follows:
1. Press "power switch" to turn off power supply of LV display meter.
2. Unscrewing four screws on the LV display panel, and remove thepanel.
3. Unscrewing the screw on the battery box and open the battery cover, then replace the 9V battery. (Note the positive and negative polarity of battery)
Notes
1. When using this device, please make sure on sundries drawroundit, so as not to affect measurement accuracy.
2. Please keep a safe operation distance to ensure operational safety.
3. Check whether all parts are firmly connected, especially ground connection must be solid.
4. After completing the measurement, until the meter returns to zero, it is allowable to enter the site.
5. Completed DC high voltage measurement, the instrument must discharge.
6. Overvoltage use is strictly forbidden. Please keep the surface clean.
7. Handle with care, do not crash and extrude.
8. Do not use the equipment; it should be cased and placed in a cool dry place.
9. Calibration: At least once a year at a superior metrology calibration department, or return to factory calibration.
