    Feature:

    1. The hardware movement adopts DDS special digital high-speed frequency sweeping technology to accurately diagnose the winding twisting, bulging, shifting, tilting, inter-turn short circuit deformation and inter-phase contact short circuit and other faults.

    2. The acquisition control adopts a highly integrated microprocessor, selects precision and high-stability components, high-speed dual-channel 16-bit A/D sampling (the field test changes the tap changer, the waveform curve changes significantly), and the measurement repetition rate is more than 99.5% for the same phase repeat test.

    3. The instrument has the function of dual measurement system of linear sweep measurement and segmented sweep measurement, which is compatible with the measurement mode of the current two domestic technical schools.

    4. During the test process, only the connecting bus of the transformer needs to be removed, and all tests are completed without the need to hang the transformer and disassemble and assemble.

    5. When measuring the transformer, the operator can arbitrarily deploy the signal input and output leads, which has no effect on the measurement results, and the operator can stay on the transformer oil tank, without having to come down, reducing labor intensity.

    6. The amplitude-frequency characteristics conform to the national technical indicators of the amplitude-frequency characteristic tester. The abscissa (frequency) has two kinds of linear indexing and logarithmic indexing, so the printed curve can be linear indexing curve or logarithmic indexing curve, and users can choose according to actual needs.

    7. The instrument has a high degree of intelligence, the signal output amplitude is automatically adjusted by the software, the maximum peak ± 10V, and the sampling frequency is automatically adjusted.

    8. The instrument has a variety of frequency linear sweep measurement system measurement functions, the line sweep measurement scanning frequency is up to 1MHz, and the frequency sweep interval can be divided into 0.25kHz, 0.5kHz and 1kHz, providing more analysis of transformer deformation.

    9. Provide comparative analysis of historical curves, which can load multiple historical curves for observation at the same time, and can specifically select any curve for horizontal and longitudinal analysis. Equipped with expert intelligent analysis and diagnosis system, it can automatically diagnose the state of transformer windings, load 6 curves at the same time, automatically calculate the relevant parameters of each curve, automatically diagnose the deformation of windings, and give reference conclusions for diagnosis.

    10. The software management function is powerful, fully considering the needs of on-site use, and automatically saving environmental condition parameters in order to provide a basis for transformer winding deformation diagnosis. The measurement data is automatically analyzed and saved, and an electronic document (Word) is generated for storage, and it has a color printing function to facilitate users to produce test reports.
